Just finished Imouto sae Ireba Ii. It was really good, I was in doubt at first because I misunderstood that a lot more of the characters would be male, but that wasn't the case, and there was some ecchi (though some episodes have none) so good. I'm a bit perplexed over those weird table games sequences, is that a push from their sponsor that count on the anime to save them from bankruptcy?? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Anyway, I will definitely rewatch this, and I wish there was more. Now watching Idol Defense Force Hummingbird (not sure if that will be good (picked for Comedy, but sometimes this is far too weak despite being tagged), and the videos paused just in time for me to realize this is actually 4:3...well it should not be too long so let's try it)

Dropping Idol Defense Force Hummingbird on episode 2. The pace is wrong, it seems to take too long to advance, some plots elements cause a permanent heaviness, not enough comedy to make up for it, and it's a 4:3 pre-2000 anime with many of the bad points this could imply, so had to drop it. Now watching Inu To Hasami Wa Tsukaiyou edit: wow everybody went to celebrate Christmas or something?I end up having to edit this topic to avoid a double-post even though there was quite some time I think.Anyway... Just finished Inu To Hasami Wa Tsukaiyou. Some animes choose to pout onsen/beach scenes in their last episode. This one decided to show the heroine puke on the protagonist............why not ehehehe (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) Well, still, it was funny and interesting, the protagonist being a dog (not a furry) do provide a good change, make harem less believable though. I will put it on my rewatch list, even if it is trying to be an ad for the manga or novel (probably the later since the manga only has 4 volumes from what I saw). Will start watching Inu X Boku SS later today (since it's past 00:00 here) This post has been edited by uareader: Dec 25 2018, 01:37

Just finished Inu X Boku SS Watched it because "Fujiwara Cocoa", indeed found elements that I especially liked from this author. Wasn't as good as the manga that left a huge impression on me, but maybe that's because my eyes and brain can filter more on a manga than an anime. Anyway, it was really good (though I feel my subjectivity may be a bit off compared to normal), so will rewatch in the future.
Now will watch Inari Konkon Koi Iroha

Finished Inari Konkon Koi Iroha. I was able to finish it, but it wasn't easy, the accent (kansaiben or something?) really bother me, and the subtitles may have been off too. It wasn't that bad, but it has to go on my "don't rewatch" list.Besides, according to a site, the anime end on volume 5/10 of the manga, so if there was a sequel, it would be weird, or maybe the whole thing was weird to begin with. Now I will try watching Ixion Saga DT. I'm really unsure about this, but some reviews insisted on it being really funny, so I shall see if it save it from being a pathetic adventure featuring a sausage festival, or the other way around (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) edit: NOPE *sound of flushing Ixion Saga DT down the toilets* Now watching Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni This post has been edited by uareader: Dec 27 2018, 14:03

Finished Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni Great experience, funny, harem, no complicated plot, and the protagonist can crush any opposition, so the risk of things going wrong was extremely low all along. I wish there was more, but the (male) character the protagonist meet at the very end seems a bit bad news, maybe they stopped there exactly because it would not stay lighthearted afterward (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) Still, this is on my "special" list of rewatchable (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Next thing I will watch is Isekai Shokudou. It's unrelated to the other, and there's a risk that I drop it. I think something (in description or reviews) barely pushed it beyond the line "worth giving a try", but it wasn't close to "this should be good". Let's hope for the best.

Just finished Isekai Shokudou I was worried there would be some weird drama, or it would be uninteresting, but it worked somehow. It's a food anime, ALL characters without exception have some story, but what the anime really focus on are the reactions while eating, and comments of the eaters. The part with the lizardman was hard to go through, due to an idiotic narration (like an idiot making a game video worthless by chatting over it), but I'm glad I didn't rage quit on that. I think the way I make fun of characters overreacting on food may be why I could like it, maybe it's not for anybody. I think it's rewatchable.
Now will watch Kare Baka (8 short episodes, probably will have to edit this post)
edit: Ahaha, Ahaha, Ahahahaha... Ahaha, Ahaha, Ahahahaha... ... Okay, let's bury this thing alive and pretend nothing happened ok?
Now watching Kill Me Baby
