Aperently the galleries are "down" for most people in china. but im not sure if its for anywhere else, but like everyones said its most likely wonderful chinese censorship ;-;
I live in America and I can't access the gallery as well, it's been a problem for almost 2 weeks now. When I did the Ctrl+Shift+K in Firefox I get this message.
The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol.
And the page just becomes a blank page after unsuccessfully loading.

Simply put, we don't have enough information to effectively troubleshoot this. If you are having trouble accessing the site, list at least your general location, OS, and ISP.
