Was there a small stealth nerf included in this update?
Or did that happen earlier and I missed it?

Because now, crystal drops are rounded down instead of up, at least for me with with 3x crystal drop hath perk.

But that would make GP fairly useless again, just credits in another currency essentially.
The point with the lottery was a lot about making GP actually be worth something.

It used to be that you could trade GP for credits in a 1:10 value.

The Gallery Points was after all intended for use in galleries rather than the game.

Peronally, I'd be in favor of completely cutting out GP, instead transferring it straight to credits.
Change everyone's GP into credits according to an exchange rate and then make all payments that was in GP instead be in credits, and buy lottery tickets in credits etc.

I didn't get any amnesia (I'm not sure about the voidseeker) shard drops for a weeks. I don't know, maybe the trouble is here. I play on IWBTH/PFUDOR though. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

danixxx has finally reached lvl 500, wow, congrats.

I would take a token prize over an artifact one any day, that 3rd place is a joke. Actually, 2nd to 5th prizes are all jokes compared to the respective pre-patch prizes.

The lottery turned into an even bigger gp sink than before, as gp spent in tickets are not partly redistributed anymore. I guess people will spend twice less gp in the lottery as a result?

The armor lottery is a nice addition.

I'm still hoping for more entertaining updates than lottery changes. I like the HV minigame, and and want to keep playing but it's getting harder to enjoy. The grind for the sake of the grind is just not as compelling as it used to be...and it's spring where I live, sunlight and chirping birds and short skirts abound, so competition for attention is at a premium!

Good luck Tenboro. From my narrow perspective, this game is getting way harder to manage for the enjoyment of the masses...but it's something you've always had to deal with I guess...so I hope you're having fun and up to the challenge!

I'll put in another suggestion:

-Have all purchased lottery tickets assigned a random number of 1 to 1 million.
-During a draw, snowflakes will pick random numbers from 1 to 1 million until 5 valid tickets are drawn
-Winners announced.

This way, no matter how many tickets you buy your chances are infinitely small. You buy more, you have better, but still extremely small chances.

I buy 1 ticket my chance of winning something: 0.0001%
Someone buys 100k tickets: 10%

So no more say, having 10% or 20% of the pool.

Just a minor suggestion: it'd be nice to see the number of tickets bought by each winner.

BTW, even though I once benefited from it, good call on removing the GP redistribution system.

Not getting a certain type of drop for a week could just be a streak of bad luck.

But I'm talking about arena and item world, where the number of crystals dropped is at a set amount.

I got 3x crystal drops as a hath perk.
I play on normal and I get 3 crystals per drop.

Before, if I went up to hard ( x1.2 crystals and monster damage) it would drop 4 crystals every time I got a crystal drop. Since it rounded up. And going up to Nightmare ( x1.4) would result in 5 crystals (1.2 x 3 = 3.6 rounded up to 4, 1.4 x 3 = 4.2) but now is instead rounded down to 4.


Easy test for those that don't have the increased crystal drop perk, how many crystals do you get per drop when playing on hard in arena?
