I think it is because the game become so large that debugging take a very long time. In case 10B did not plan the code structure of HV well in the beginning, it will take forever just for debug.

On the other hand, change a few equations and/or constants is very simple.

yeah, this is more likely.
Now all i can see is how coding for hv is like grinding for tenb. But instead of getting trolly drops to keep him grinding more, he gets more whining and demands.

Itemfest, like grindfest but you got increased chance of equips drop instead of shard. SoL and SS are disabled (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
