The attachment contains the Japanese text, but seems to display incorrectly if I open in the browser. If I save the file and open in a text editor, it works though.

I can post the translation directly here if that does not work for anyone who needs it, but have avoided doing so yet as it would clutter up the thread given its length.

I will await any comments/suggestions.

Found I'd missed a line for the text on p.g 017 & uploaded the updated version. Document is identical aside from that change.
