These are some methods I could think of off the top of my head.

Method 1 (Recommended)
Find somewhere you can upload an image, which will be renamed to a fixed file name.
Example:

Step 1. Go to https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showt...p;#entry3093738
Step 2. EDIT > Full Edit
Step 3. File Attachments > Browse > Select an image and click Open > Add This Attachment > Embed into Post > Done!

Method 2 (use Method 1 if possible)
Set up a server, upload an image (with a fixed file name), and use a PHP file to access it.
