To be fair, the English combined with the slashed out sections in the first few posts can make things a little bit confusing.

For example it says the 301 and below gear can only be requested once ever but I've seen some people request multiple times and get their request.

Illithid suffix is worthless in nearly every case, but if someone offered you 5M for a equipment that isn't required much, you should sell it and use the money for the shop, buy potions, scrolls and shards for the packs.
It's my opinion.
The only case when i think it would be at least a bit useful would be in a 1h mage, but even those would benefit more from Slaughter, Balance or Battlecaster suffixes.
Must be people wanting to try new playstyles.
I'll ask in the experts thread about their opinion and i'll tell you

Well I'm not gonna point fingers and maybe I was mistaken but I believe I saw someone request more than 1 thing in a week and still get it.
