Well... yes, but as the equipment is for players for under level 101... you will have 2 options to "bend" the rules:

1.- You can donate other unnasigned (3 as minimum) aside the one you are exchanging or

2.- You can donate a bunch of potions/materials for the exchange (5 things is the minimum, like 100 potion of each kind, there goes 3, and some scrolls of 2 kinds, there goes the last 2).

those are your options.

Item requests, superior\exquisite equips, and magnificent\legendary equips are seperate groups for requests and each have different limits on how often you can make a request.

EDIT:This is my last request anyway as ill be passing the 101 lvl mark soon.

Technically speaking, your math is wrong: Dawn of the new day is the main point of where the requesting time resets... so basically you can request anything 3 mins before the dawn of a new day and request 1 min after it and your request will be ok... dont tell me you hadnt read the rules about this???
