Some suggestion about running the shop under new system:
Yeah the level scaling system ruined the shop... Well, the point is that one might have to change his gears 3-4 times from lv30 through lv200 for sufficient level scaling bonus, causing insufficient of equipment.
They why not try to recycle them? For example, a new player takes a set of gear at lv50, assigning this set with lv50. When he hits lv100, he changes for another set, assigning with lv100. Then the lv50 set should be returned and thus can be given to newer players at lv50. This ensures that everyone utilizing this shop only keep one set simultaneously.
When he hits lv150, he may request for a new set of gear assigned with lv150 and return the lv100 set and so forth.
I am a newcomer benefiting from free gears from other shops, and probably one of the last new players benefiting from these gears under the current free shop mechanism. Perhaps we can do something to solve this problem brought by the releasing of the 0.82 version.
If you are already disappointed and do not want to run the shop anymore, that's OK and sorry for disturbing; If not, then I, and hopefully many other new players, would be really appreciating your considering about this or other alternative plan of running the free shop. Thank you.

Your idea is indeed good... but here come the trouble: we still dont know if we will be able to keep doing this as some of the previous "privilegies" of FS has been taken: we cant have more than 1000 pieces on inventory, and we dont know, as tenboro hadnt reply any of our PM, if we can keep open the shop... lastly, as most of the previous donators were upper level guys, their stuff is way to hig to help newbies, and dunno if ppl of the same levels you prpoposed will be in the position to spare some of their equipments: i know there are ppl with good hearts... but... well... the system is just too cruel, as it is, for them... even upper ones, like me, are suffering! So, aside for your good idea... those are the walls to break... and we dont have any tool (for now) to do that... do you suggest anything? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nevertheless, the FS should have some unassigned equipments, and perhaps you can 'hire' some lv50 or lv100 newbies, to use them for a while and return them at higher level when these lv50 or lv100s are not insufficient. It is really bad that it is virtually impossible to add new equipments into the shop but we can probably, make the greatest use of the rest ones.
Since the number of available equipments are very limited now, it is clearly more effective to collect all such unassigned/low level equipments in one store. Yeah I know that such 'communist' strategy may be not welcomed, but this seems to be the best choice under this circumstance. Of course, this cannot be done if other owners were not willing to do this and it might be too much for you to persuade them.
Also, I do happen to get some Exq and Sup melee armors, at Lv95, during random encounter which I would possibly never use as I was playing as a mage since lv1. It may be difficult for a player at my level to have a bulk of high-performance equipment drops, but it is still reasonable to have two or three. Perhaps you can add an addition 'rule' that customers of this shops are encouraged to donate unwanted equipments.

This should work since under current system, fighting with lower-leveled equipment is really difficult, especially at low levels. (Reminder: Scaled Stat = (1 + level / level_factor) * base_stat, so the lower the level, the more apparent the affect of level scaling. ) Another possible method (Ctrl-A or select by mouse to read):Alternatively you may probably use new accounts but I doubt if this violates the terms of e-hentai...

1. This was already the case, but FS had an exception to that and could go over it.

2. People may not return stuff, sometimes because they quit the game, this results in a constant loss of items thats probably gonna be larger than the amount thats coming in...

3. Might work, but hard to do. Most things they get are higher than what FS needs, as most shop owners are higher level...
