Oh, SNAP! thats a right point over there... truly it will be hard to do changes to the translated rules... but i bet the rules wont be changing a lot in the future: the new patch is coming soon, so i bet when that time arrive we will need to face the fact about FS closing or not... so as they are the rules can be translated without the worry about major changes on them... i guess we can put a bounty per each language... how about 25 for each translation?

25 of what exactly? 25 hath? Or 25k credits?
Whether it's a good value depends on how much work you would expect it to be for an accurate translation. Accuracy is very important though, as a mistranslation will cause confusion. So maybe put a bounty for a translation and a lower bounty for the confirmation of the accuracy (obviously 1 person can't do both)?

It's a shame that FS might need to close... Though I wish the patch (or at least more specific information) would come already so everyone knew what to do...

Probably every language extra would help, I guess?
But it would make updating the rules a bit more work, no? And maybe cause confusion if the English rules change while the translated ones still need to be updated to the new rules?

That's exactly the reason because i'm against adding many languages.
Personally i think it may work if we FSers will know more languages, but personally i can write only English and Italian on a (less or more) understandable extent. I don't know piyin's knowledge, but if he isn't proficient in at least 5/6 other ones we're doomed (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
Also, we may obviously ask to other people, but we'd need for them to be quite familiar with FS to understand how we think and also for them to be quite ready to new translations - which may go everywhere from a couple of commas to a whole new wall of text.
Finally, the only fact that we write - just saying - Portoguese doesn't absolutely mean all Portoguese people will understand it, and maybe they will have to wait another Portoguese.
On the other hand, English is spread all over the world, so if someone doesn't understand it there's quite a high chance another user can explain what we meant.


Last but not the least, service communication: albeit i still wrote in "Ask the experts", these past days i was quite busy with work and other personal RL matters - in fact, my presence in chat section has lowered quite a bit. I really wanted to update the lists yesterday evening, but my eyes were killing me, so i had to leave piyin alone another time. Really don't know how much i may be of any help here anymore (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

In almost every time (if not all), one or two of my donated item will be sent back to me. Is it a bug o the script? Or the script will filter out something based on the equipment stat?

next time should it happen, may i ask you to re-send the mail? just to make sure it's not due to a big amount of items at time
