are you requesting:

- if NO = i will understand you put it there just as a refference (?), and nothing more.

- if YES = That way to request things is lazy and against FS main RULE about YOU REQUESTING STUFF THE RIGHT WAY:

Sorry for being a newb, again.

I was hoping to receive a good staff in the most recent update, but read the rules and saw that we can't request something until the counter resets on Monday. So I was waiting..

But I saw that some people can write down and "secure" an item to be fulfilled when cooldown resets on Monday.

Is this really allowed? There was a great staff that I was aiming for, but waited, and now someone else received it..

I apologize about complaining about free stuff, but I would like a clarification so that if this is possible, I'll post right away at the next update instead.

EDIT: Oh... Oh wait. Sorry. I thought he meant "when the cooldown resets on Monday." Bad English comprehension. I completely misunderstood. I read it again and it seems he meant "Because the cooldown reset on last monday." Sorry about the confusion...
