by the way, about the cooldown for equipment, by 2 days, does it means 48 hours cooldown or by 2 dates count cooldown? I'm still a bit confused about this

LEgally speaking: you did your request on monday at 16:00 hrs (acording this forum time)... so on Wednesday at 16:00 Hrs (16:01 is more accurate) you can ask for another stuff... BUT this only aplies if you get your stuff almost inmediatly... if you dont then you have to wait the 48 hrs after you have received your equipments... ok?

yep, indeed. first of all, we don't have so much spirit potions compared to the other two types; and second, it's some kind of advice of our veterans in your regards, that at your level you won't need as many spirit potions as mana ones yet.

We've hit a snag with the url shortener. Having [animeai.com] in the same line as the equipment ID apparently breaks the script we use to send items! This is not something that had been predicted but it means we won't be sending things out for a few days until the script is fixed. Please be patient while we work this bug out! You may still make requests but please don't moan if they're not sent out quickly

At times, if all of us are busy, it may take a few days between requests and the actual sending of equipment/items. In this case, the cooldown period would still begin with the date of your request.

while we are at it, have you thought to recover few characters lenght by changing every 'primary attributes' words in 'PABs'? that's 14 character less for every occurrence, thus an average 6000 char per post. not much, but still a plus (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

yep, indeed. when i wrote that rule i thought that it wasn't fair to penalize users who made right requests because of our unavailabilities, so cooldown starts with the date of request, regardless it's right or bad.

As always, far too many requests to reply to individually... All equipment requests sent out - I don't have time to send potion requests manually right now (other staff members, please do this!)

Again, as always - if you didn't get your request you probably broke the rules, suffered with a script glitch or someone had requested the item before you.
