... This is in the rules... BUT! as ppl looks to be more aware of the fact that i point out to READ THE RULES and then they get mad (Not reading the rules is in FACT a reason to BAN) than what is on the rules... guess i need to point out EVERY SINGLE DETAIL ON THE RULES... Here we go:

•13. This is a free service running thanks to the efforts of volunteers who sometimes can be busy with Real Life, and they won't receive any Black Shirt to deal with this project in their free time. At times, when all of us are busy, it may take some days before items will be sent you. In this case, the cooldown period would still begin with the date of your request. Also, please bump your requests only if they weren't fulfilled within the time of the last batch: you can easily see when this happened by searching the last post by user FreeSHop which says "Everything until this post has BEEN SENT!" or similar. If you don't check this you may lose the weekly chance to request an item, so it's in your interest too.
