First, the rules say that you need to replace all the text in the posts where you made a mistake with "del", like I did in this post.

Second, you need to use the thread search on every item-code (f.ex [12345678]) you plan on requesting. This is to verify that no one has requested the items, but FreeSHop just hasn't gotten around to sending them yet. The thread search is located at the very bottom on the page, on the left side.

To save you some time, I can tell you that the only pieces of equipment you want that someone else has requested, are the estoc and the leather gauntlets.

im so sorry for try to help you OR giving you new chances OR reply to you to let you know where you went wrong OR any word that you find "hideous" among those i wrote... honestly,i dont find any reason to be mad at FS... but you have al the right to be mad with anyone you want (FS doesnt limit hatred towards anything, we are not Nazis).

first, he/she/it can't ban anyone, since he/she/it doesn't administer FS in every way. he/she/it's one user like you that tried to make you understand where you did wrong. and nobody can delete posts here apart from mods/admins, and you will surely note when one of them is coming

second, we caretakers of FS made that big wall of text called "rules" because we thought they would have been useful to people to answer questions even when nobody of us were here to patrol

third, nobody insulted you afaik so please don't do as the fox in that old tale...

finally, it's the first time someone claim that rules are laconic. may i know exactly what you didn't understand and where do you think they need to be expanded?

Well if you did... YOU must have understand that if you read the rules the chance of making bad/wrong request decrese drastically (or is 0)... so... why do i point out the rules? Well... AS WE CANT MAKE UNILATERAL DESICIONS BASED ON WHIMS (because thats not our style/moral code), we based our actions based on the rules... AS you must have done too... dont?

The part about asking before requesting is also there because you can ask if your request was right or not... an then we can tell you if there is a problem with it or not... got it?

The part about Requesting only what you want to use... wasnt it enought to make you get the idea that you dont need to get everything but rather only what you need?

That post had four goals: To point out the things that I found rude (to clarify my earlier statement), to stop an argument before it began, make a suggestion for a rules clarification, and scrap the confusing posts to just start fresh with a simple request of an item I knew was available. I really don't see the issue here.

Point by point:
To be clear: I did -want- all of the items I posted but the estoc was my main goal, which is why I made a new (and correct!) request for just one of those items instead of trying to salvage my other posts.

I was asking for clarification and received your response of:

If you don't want to help people, why bother responding to incorrect posts at all? Perhaps it's possible that someone could read the rules, be confused by them, and need help in correctly formatting their post (maybe even with an example of what it should look like)?

Again, I did have use for every item on the list but preferred the estoc above the rest on the list.
