Secondly I have a rule question about rule 6 (I have bolded the parts i think are most pertinent to my questions):

6. Policies about editing posts: replace wrong posts with a 'del' text and make a whole new post if there's the need to do so - for example if you see an item was requested before you.

6.1 Obviously, there's a chance that you actually type something wrong: you can edit/replace your post within a range of two minutes since its publication. We ask you to follow this rule to be fair towards everyone, since we saw that many people edited their requests to snatch better gears.

This rule seem a little unclear to me is a person allowed to EDIT their post as long as no one has posted after them and requested the same item as The Editer have before and/or after the edit? (Could be 20 minutes for ex.)

Or are you only allowed to edit your post for max 2 minutes and no one has posted the same request after you but before the under 2 minutes edit?

Or are you always allowed to edit your post within 2 minutes?

what i thought back then (i'll repeat again) was that maaw was damaged by the situation since there was a rule changing in between, so i said he could have asked "a couple of mags with the following request if he wished so". this happened when he was <lv200, so still eligible for requests. his requests aren't possible anymore since he now leveled up - and surely not because of colman's word, he was lv199 since a few days, so sooner or later it had to happen even only with daily bonuses. no changing of minds here, only reading the whole situation.

though the fact that he was somehow damaged by this is still there: i proposed he could have asked for another mag and it was accepted. to cut it short, i think he should have one mag and all's closed.

Secondly you are completely wrong about the bolded part.

I purposefully stayed level 199 for over 2 weeks just to solve this. (It has taken so long because of another staff member being abusive and unreasonable.)

As long as you don't login to HentaiVerse you can't level up.

Leveling up via this EXP is NOT automatic. If the EXP gained would cause the user to level up the "To Next Level" (seen as @) will display zero until the user visits to the HentaiVerse or clicks the button.

Also you have to visit the main page or the galleries for the "Dawn of a New Day" to occur you can visit the forum as much as you want and the HentaiVerse, without it happening.

So as you see there are two simple ways to stop leveling up(three if you count not visiting the site at all).
So staying level 199 was no accident and leveling up wasn't that either.

you post something at xx.17, you can edit your post within 2 minutes from this hour, thus xx.19, no matter what happens otherwise - you caught a ray of sun in your eyes? you were in quite a hurry to go on bath and didn't re-read the post? anna is waiting for me in my bed? - whatever.
past this time, we'd prefer for the users to delete that post and write a whole other one.

I got out before it really happen!
Had lots of people telling me I had the right ideal cause they was leaving it after I did.
Officers abusing there power, Commanders #1 never doing a thing or #2 Commanders taking shit way to far.
I ended up joining back up with a old anime clan I was in that merged with some other clans...
I only been in it about a week and I done got some rank and we done won some skirmishes.
Ended up getting the Rank of Tactician cause of my calling... Most of the time I can take what we have to work with and on the fly call out where what needs to go and do so we can try and win.
I earned it after Two days and about over 20 hours of doing it.
Also I can't wait till we get that Gold we won last night! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
But anyway.. yes I been busy but I do still come back here and hang out from time to time. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
