The first part of the rules:

I Promised that i would NOT ENFORCE THE RULES... BUT RESPECT THE RULES TO THE MAX, to not let happen things like... well you all know... so... i thnk only coz i get some replies about this on im gonna let it pass with a warning.

Colman sensei: as i replied up there, my position must be related to the rules, AND as they state (till today, and the present rules havent been put on revision... yet) i will go with the warning... but pretty sure he did 3 mistake that could make him be hit by the ban hammer:

1.- his request is illegal (5 powers? NOPE!)
2.- NOT HAVING READ THE RULES (if he could have doit then he wouldnt have done that... right?)
3.- NOT ASKING BEFORE MAKING HIS REQUEST (Doubts? ask!... is also on the rules)

Just checking before I request. I made my first request last Monday (3/23) - as (3/30) was 1wk (and a Monday), did it reset my request timer, or do I need to wait longer?
