yep, indeed. first of all, we don't have so much spirit potions compared to the other two types; and second, it's some kind of advice of our veterans in your regards, that at your level you won't need as many spirit potions as mana ones yet.

What is the cool down policy for accidentally making a duplicate request? I just found out the item I requested above has been requested by someone else before I did. Do I now need to wait for the 2 day cool down anyway or is it allowed to ask for something else instead?

Anyway if it's allowed my replacement request would be:
