Why not eligible? if you requested a legendary, but not a mag, you could get the katana, and if you requsted a magnificent, you could wont a legandary... dont?

no matter, for me it's solved: piyin considered hen99' was the first valid request and item went to him. as i wrote my knowledge on this matter is quite limited so i trust his decision. you are free to request another item to compensate for the one you didn't receive, if you wish.

What does the bold mean? (I already asked Scremaz and he/she didn't have time to elaborate at the moment, busy with RL)

Can I for example ask for one of the items that is up for discussion on whether they should be raffled or not?

Delete posts is impossible... so what we mean with "Delete" is just take all the text on the request and change it with -del-... and thats it... You did good with what you put there... so YOU ARE SAFE AND SOUND! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) .

In case you dunno, let me tell you that there is no point to get a few pieces of good items without high enough level nor high enough HV knowledge. The different for exq and leg gears is only ~20%. If you also consider the character's base strength from leveling. The different for full leg and full exq is less than 10%.

Just go level up. As your level, even with 5 piece of average plate (that what I used at your level), I can still level 10 times+ a day until I reach level 260. If I have another chance to be your level, I think I would be even faster as my HV knowledge grown and it is easy to get exq+ gears now.

So, just go level up to 310+ at least.

There is really no point to stay below the cutoff level for a long time just for a few free item. Most of the free item here only worth <20k in wts. A few are higher but still within a few hours income, even for newbies .

gosh...

the bold test was already discussed a couple of pages ago. i'm at work and i have no time to search it, but piyin agreed as well. basically it means that since situation was quite ambiguous we thought you had been somehow damaged and for this week we'll let you pick a couple of mags, if you wish so - doing it or not it's up to you. i don't really know how to put it in simpler words than this.

apart from this, i think colman's is quite a good advice: imo this game penalizes quite hard low-levels, but the best way to farm credits/have a shot at good gears is to level up till lv250~300 and gaining access to high-level arenas
