as we always did. there are plenty of examples that when we were discussing a rule, the one still on was the valid one, even if we felt it was being exploited. and in case it was very discriminating towards users, we tried to be as quick as possible in changing it.

Discussion: (with my opinion)
Should FS allow request for:

1. dual or triple 2H weapon
   They have 4 - 6 hands? Need some restriction. See [5] for what I suggest.
   -
2. 2 potion packs every week.
   We know they do not need that many. How they use it? I think you all know. Should either reduce the potion per request, or limit it to 2-3 times.
   -
3. full set (5 pieces) of armor
   I think if FS give them everything, the newbie do not have reason to grind for credits and/or armor. How about change it to 3 pieces. So that they need to find the remaining pieces. At least for the active player who want to get fully equipped within the same week. This is also to prevent the completely collapse of mid-level market.
   -
4. requesting gears every weeks unlimitedly.
   It is obviously that newbie do not need multiple set of gears.
   How about limit a players to 3 requests forever.
   If they return all gears of the same grade (Not necessarily the same one. As no one will check. And it is just for anti-salvage/bazaar purpose). Then they can request again.
   -
5. How about changing the current request restriction that using equipment grade alone (i.e. Leg/mag/exq).
   Why? It is because Leg leather is too common; exq force shield is too rare; etc. At least for now.
   How about making all gear in to 3 grade.
   • Grade A - Only one item in the same request. Can only request once before returned.
     Weapon:
     

     Leg+ non-Ethereal one hand weapon
     Mag+ Ethereal one hand weapon
     Mag+ non-Ethereal two hand weapon
     Exq+ Ethereal two hand weapon
     Leg staff

     
     Armor:
     

     Leg cotton/plate
     All Force shield
     Mag+ power/phase/shade
     Leg buckler/kite shield
     

   • Grade B - Only one item in the same request.
     Weapon:
     

     Mag non-Ethereal one hand weapon
     Exq Ethereal one hand weapon
     Exq non-ethereal 2H weapon.
     Mag staff

     
     Armor:
     

     Mag cotton/plate.
     Leg leather.
     Exq+ power/phase/shade
     Mag buckler/kite shield

   • Grade C - Can request multiple of them in the same request. How about 1 weapon + 3 armor? Shield is armor btw.
     Everything else
   -
   Basically, the Leg is in grade A; mag is in Grade B, exq- is in Grade C.
   Ethereal weapon is shifted up one grade due to it rarity.
   2H weapon is shifted one grade up.
   Force shield is shifted 2 grade up.
   Leather is shifted one grad down.

   Of course, the grading can be changed when some stocks are too high or too low.

6. Change in Bazaar/Salvage rule
   Currently, people who found Bazaar/Salvage of FS gears will be banned forever. How about change it to if that person return the item of same grade, the ban will be lifted? Well, accident exist, especially for newbie.

Combined [3], [4] and [5]. A player can at most getting 1 Grade A and 2 Grade B items in total. Or up to 9 Grade C armor with a few weapons. I think it is more than enough for a newbie.

In addition, if [5] is in used than [1] is no longer a problem as if they request 1 extra two hand weapon they will have 3 less armors.

COLMAN-DONO! Your suggestions are GREAT!... no really they sound prety good for me: they would reduce the number of cases were i need to bark out like hell to make ppl understand they broke a rule, also will eliminate some holes on the rules... ANYWAY Scremaz has yet to see them (as i still count with him to aprove or disaprove rules/rules modifications),im up but think they wont be the same as yours... but a FS edited version... Anyway there must be quorum in the suggestion approval and the need editing to not be as cruel as some ppl think FS is (or i am... whatever (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) ).

and about recalling MMs - yes, we already did it in the past when possible. sometimes we also asked the user to return us the item when we did a mistake, and since it usually happened in not-clear situations we let them pick another item. this thing started with an error of mine so i don't see any particular reason against it. if piyin agrees as well, we can do it this time as well, if you wish. but please don't go against the other person since he followed the rules and we can't blame him/her for anything

Yes I would like to discuss that when you all have the time and preferably with piyin, Scremaz and WhiteWolfRevy92 (or an inactive staff member if they agree to do it.) so there is a tie breaker if you disagree (which seems to be the case at the moment).

Even an experience player will find rule 5.2 A combination of Superior or Exquisite items a bit messy.

So, 5.1 will be changed to
You may make ONE request post every week, with cooldown resets on Mondays, 00:00 UTC. Up to 3 requests. Anyone making two requests in the same week will be banned. People who return the borrowed gear can ask again. See 5.4 for details.

5.2 will be changed to

• A single Grade A item; only ONE Grade A EVER.
• A single Grade B item.
• A combination of Grade C items. 1 weapon and 3 armors.

Then followed by a table


5.4 will be changed to
Returning gears: returning any of borrowed item enables you to request again, but you have to wait for a week since the date of the restitution before asking again.
This operation (named exchange) will NOT be counted as your weekly request, since it's already been counted the first time.
- if you return a borrowed Grade A item, you can ask for another Grade A item.
