Gah, I don't log in for 2 days and have 5 pages to trawl through for requests to send! No way I can reply to each one individually...

There were a LOT of duplicate requests, as always the first person requesting should have been sent the item (unless they were breaking rules). Again, as always if you have not recieved your request there was either a minor script glitch or someone else already requested what you wanted so feel free to make another selection.

however, rule for potions is ready, and also added to first post

Finally, potions pack are ready: now you can ask for a free batch of potions as following:

• 100 Heroic Health Potions;
• 150 Heroic Mana Potions;
• 50 Heroic Spirit Potions

Every one of this batch will count as an item out of the three you can ask, so rules are basically unscathed; simply, among the various choices you could choose also potions.

As always, the first period is only an experiment, so we will see how this goes and eventually adjust cooldowns, quantities etc. Rule added in first post as well.
If any other staff member modifies it, please make a notification in this thread.

Two questions here :

1. If correct request is [#number] item name, then request such as:

[42976473] - Exquisite Club of Slaughter
[34608373] - Exquisite Leather Breastplate of Protection
[38574320] - Exquisite Leather Leggings of Protection

are invalid because it had Hyphen between it?

2. In general, how long does it takes for items to arrive? Currently, I have no way to know whether current "delay" is caused by glitch or is just a natural thing and I'm merely being impatient.

I'm sorry! No offense intended (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif) Please forgive this foolish newbie for hir thoughtless insolence. I thought that these laborious jobs were handled by scripts (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Again, sorry for impatience.

I think today I can ask a EX item as the rule says

and also I can ask for free potions as

Be calm... you need to be calm and serene... this is a Freeshop... if it were a shop, the item would be wit you in seconds/mins/hrs... but here you are asking for a FREE thing... so we beg you to understand this poor guys that have to reply not only one but at least 20 or more request daily... please, give us some time so we can deliver you that FREE equipment that you (WORK SO HARD TO HAVE (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) ) want... please.

You have to tell us which potions you want. Each stack of potions counts as 1 item, so you can request 2 stacks of potions in addition to the Exquisite Plate Gauntlets that you asked for.
So, you could ask for 100 Heroic Health Potions, and 150 Heroic Mana Potions. Or, you could ask for 150 Heroic Mana Potions, and 50 Heroic Spirit Potions. See?
I think a change in the wording of the potion request rules will help make this a little clearer. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
