I know I'm too late for the reward but I'm giving it a try without any reward nonetheless:

I suggest an event where donating legendaries or magnificent if special form (ethereal for weapons, phase for cloth, shade for leather, etc.) or higher special form legendaries and peerless items for example.

The one who donates most total items or items worth most tickets, whichever you believe is best.
Gets a first prize (maybe a peerless item?)
Second and third prizes also maybe Haths, if there is enough entries to justify it.

OK that is my suggestion if it is too restrictive maybe lowering the bar one tier or offering the standard tickets plus the prizes, my point with the contest is getting high tier items (Legs and Mags) to the shop which it seems to be in bit of short supply compared to other stuff.

I hope that was something close to what you wanted, if not I apologize for wasting your time.
