I understand your point here, and yes we can provide a helping hand on some matter... but remember we are also humans and have stuff to do out of here, so we cant be always around, neither reply all the winning posts made for ppl who has already been reply with an explanation about why they didnt get the stuff they wanted/Reason why they are making an invalid request/etc... and im leaving aside the matter about the cheaters/illegal stuff traffic... (tired)

But if you think we are a lazy bunch of couch potatoes and that we dont have faith in the ppl that come here looking for help (because we think they have a decent grade of idea about what they are doing coming here) ... then..

Screw the rules then!!! lets put this on the thread title : "As some ppl doesnt have 100% comprension read grade we will babysit you and guide you the right way to ask for stuff WE think you need but not what you want"... what we want is not of perfect ppl asking for the equipments the right way at first, it could be what we want, as we are neither perfect... so we just want to create balance bewteen the way we can deal with: your requests fast as possible/the balance of the power shared with the ppl asking for equipment/cheaters/etc and the way you ask for them (if rules arent clear... better to ask first, dont?)
... and yet... we are willing to help... can you see with what we need to work almost daily?

yep. i still can't understand how possibly a melee (since he/they keep asking for axes, rapiers and so on) may want some phases just to use their possibility to ask for them.
the fact that newbies won't listen to us is unrelevant, we clearly wrote in first post that if you ask for something, you are implicitly agreeing with rules, so you may request only 3 items and <snip>. we only were/i only was a bit too kind in these days because with overflowing stocks it would have been absurd to reject requests, not because rules aren't valid all of a sudden
not meant specifically for you, but c'mon guys, we are indeed influencing the whole economy of HV and your comprehension of the game with this project, is it really so difficult to understand why we seniors put all those rules at the beginning?

Gah, I don't log in for 2 days and have 5 pages to trawl through for requests to send! No way I can reply to each one individually...

There were a LOT of duplicate requests, as always the first person requesting should have been sent the item (unless they were breaking rules). Again, as always if you have not recieved your request there was either a minor script glitch or someone else already requested what you wanted so feel free to make another selection.

Known causes of script glitching meaning items aren't sent:

• Incorrect copy/pasting (missing letters/numbers)
• Not copying/pasting (typing yourself and entering incorrect characters
• Putting your request in a quote
• editing the ID number in any way or having text not seperated by a space - you must have it seperated
  
  Correct:
  [12345678] item name
  
  Incorrect:
  "[12345678] item name"
  [12345678]item name
  [12345678] item name
  Item name only
  (12345678) item name
  12345678 item name
  
  If you copy and paste directly from our posts on page 1 there should be no problems unless the script decides you are a horrible person and takes a personal dislike to you!
