Yes there is some Morons out there who do pretend to be but all that does is make them look fucking stupid and makes thing more hard for the "Real" females! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
At Most on things like Teamspeak3 Mumble, Raidcall or whatever gaming voice chat you pick to use...
You can tell just who is male and who is female, even if the person is Gay.
Can come down to just voice, even if I try and talk and sound deep pitched... I can't do it for a good amount of time so sooner or later I slip up and my voice comes back to Semi High pitch.
The other way around would go for males.
I know this cause in the gaming clan I'm in I have some Gay friends who can try and sound like a female all they want but only for short amounts of time.

Does "per month" mean this calendar month ("cooldown resets the 1st of next month at 00:00 UTC"), a month from my current request, or a month from receiving said request?
Since the weekly cooldown is based on the calendar, it would seem logical that the monthly limit to be also, though I rather ask now than make a mistake and get banned for requesting another Mag too soon.

Calendar month, Fs has a log of requested items, so we can make sure you are doing it right or you deserve to be banned. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

1.- ONCE YOU MADE A CHOICE, THERE IS NO EDITING OR ASKING AGAIN, SO YOU ONLY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ONE REQUEST EVERY WEEK (make sure to o it as the rules says... there ar no second chances here... well under some cases... but only when im not around... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )

2.- NO, if you ont want: Read the rules about it.

3.- Something alike but no: you can request leg and mags and exchange them, but if you request a leg and have already one, your request will be denied or you will be banned, mags work with this diference: you can request one every month, also read this (THE RULES):

◦5.4 Returning Legendaries and Magnificents: returning any of those enables you to ask for another similar item, but you have to wait for a week since the date of the restitution before asking again. This operation (named exchange) will NOT be counted as your weekly request, since it's already been counted the first time.

4.- ehhh... nope, with every request, you can ask for pots, but the quantity is related with your request... read the rules.

5.- FS, the place that give those to you.

6.-Accidentally doesnt work here: lock what you dont want to be sold, the only way to prevent this "accidents", if we found out you sold what FS give to you then you ar banned from FS... and maybe from HV forums and the whole site, just check the ban log in the firts page to seeby yourself: Tenboro, the almighty, Varst, the terrible, and other mods look over this account... be careful.

i'm afraid it's a no, since your level is too low: we clearly state in rule 3 that you must be at least lv30 to be eligible to ask for stuffs here.
