i have some personal business to take care too and i don't know when i may come back to help here. maybe only every couple of weeks to rebuild lists, dunno.

and to be honest, i'd also want to quit HV since it's eating too much of my time so i'm currently trying to build up a decent amount of credits and trying to buy a gold star too, at least for the free downloads/e-h perks/double monster slots. but if someone needs something, i'm still quite active in 'ask the experts', via PM and MM, at least for some other time.

you may want to consider to re-open staff recruitment at this point...

To make the rules easier to read by non-native English speakers. Perhaps the rules should be simplified.

E.g.

Rules: Section 1 - RULES
Breaking any rule and you will be banned for 14+ days.

1. We give ban when we think* the rule(s) is violated. Appeal can only be made with sufficient evident.

2. Must post in this thread properly* to get the item(s). PM is only for questions regrading FS.

3. Level requirement: 30-199. Counted when the post is first read by a staff.

6. One person can only get one Legendary or Magnificent item. You need to return the old one to get another one.

Although there are less information, this should be easier to read than wall of text. To prevent color blind missing something, all text should use the same color.
