no, you can count thenm like this:

for every 7 exqs you sentyou hve the right of request 1 legendary/mag leather
if you send another batch of 7 exqs you cn request again 1 legendary/mag leather
if you send again 7exqs then this time you can request ANY legendary/magnificent

special kinds:
- Ethereal Weapon (every category)
- Force Shield
- Power Armor
- Phase Armor
- Shade Armor
- Shielding Plate/Shield Armor

are vlued like this:

any special superior: 2x
any special exquisite: 3x
any special magnificent: 5x

Leather magnificents/legendaries, as we have lotta of those, are valued as only 1 donation.
