I tend to be a little lenient sometimes with rulebreakers unless they request for multiple mag/leg pieces then its an instant ban. most other stuff depends on my mood, but i give at most 1 warning then ban, especially if they are new or right after a rule change

And ppl believed i was bad... Merciless TS1998/Inu Sakuya= BAN on the SPOT!... even when Varst told us to be nice with newbies, oh well, we are free to ban ppl here... but sometimes times, at least with newbies... thats not quite FAIR!.
