FS doesnt have a temp ban... is BAN or isnt... the only cases where we can "exclude" a ban, is when the player is a newbie or we feel he just dont understand all the rules... WHICH IS PRETTY DAMN ANNOYING! PRESONALLY I WILL BAN EVERYONE THAT MADE THIS KIND OF REQUESTS, AS THE FIRST RULE OF FS IS READ AND UNDERSTAND THE GD RULES.. COME ON! IS IN THE FIRST PAGE AND ITS THE FIRST RULE!... Well... but as Varst (overwhelming lord of this forum) tell us to treat the newbies with care... we are even breaking our rules and letting second chances happens... which musnt be allowed.

P.S. IF PPL CAME COMPLAINING ABOUT

-THE FACT THAT THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE RULES BECAUSE THE ARE NON NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS = They are forgiven and given even 2 chances.

Due to the amount of rulebreakers here on the FS, we will be more strict towards them and will be following the first rule of the FS.

• 1. Making any request from us means you agree with all our rules, and we can ban you at our discretion if you break them or if we think there's the need to do so.
  • 1.1 We understand that not all users in this forum speak native English, so you can obviously ask for clarification anytime, included the reason of an eventual ban. Actually, we invite you to do this if needed, only don't troll please.
  • 1.2 Sometimes many users may be interested in the same item: in this case first come first served, that means the equip will go to the first valid request.

Those that don't understand English may be given a second chance, but those that do know and have broken any of the rules, will be banned for 14 days as stated in the rule. No warnings whatsoever. FS aims to help those that are new to the game to excel in the game and increase the possibilities of surviving a battle or an arena. However, FS is not held responsible for you being banned because of either not understanding the language or being too lazy to read or just ignoring the rules and skipping right to the equipment area. Staffs like piyin can get pretty strict on these rules.

And so, from this post onwards, all rulebreakers will be banned with exceptions to those that are new to the English language.

yep, as we already said with rules we try to cover all the possible situations we can think about, so every now and then they are modified/adapted to a certain situation etc. just wondering, do they seem too much?
