Yeah, 'nother rule change. 1 free Leg Item per lifetime, 1 free Mag per month, but with the possiblity to exchange it for another at anytime (after 1 week cooldown). That's very sensible. Try it, don't like it, exchange it. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

So, does one return a Mag/Leg Item for exchange purpose only when the exchange is requested?

Or can it be returned at any time and counted towards a later exchange request (no need to hold onto it*) - instead of being counted as donation?

What should the Subject line contain so not to confuse with Donation? Simply "Exchange" or "Exchange of Mag/Leg xxx" or ... ?

* Is there a way to *lock* items to prevent accidental selling when using sell all button, other than putting it into a equipment set space or draft moogle mail attachment (only 1 item possible?)?

- To prevent problems: you post that you want to return X Legendary equipment and you want Now Y equipment in the post... but YU MUST POST HERE THAT YOU ARE DOING IT! after we check you return it we will send the requested one.

-Can be returned any time, the coolown is 1 week minimum, any item returned to FS count as a donation: you are returning something, that show your good will.

Not a lot of room to exploit that one, since exchange means return of current Mag/Leg. I actually quite like this part: you try different equip styles with good equipments, that escpecially lower lv players don't have a change to get otherwise and see what works best for them.

Don't worry, we track all of those Mag and Leg equips, so it won't became Donation for players below Lv200 if they send it back, but rather in "return" or "exchange" category, so it won't mix up with Donations. Oh and give up on keep earning tickets by requesting and exchanging multiple times. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Still unclear about what to put into the Subject line for theses. Some may simply be donated (back) some may want to be exchanged. How to make out the difference? Hence my orignal question pertaining to the subject line: "Exchange" or "Donation" So Lv200 and below can only exchange - not donate - Mag/Leg Items? Was answered in the meantime. Thanks Piyin and Scremaz!

-Reason: What if we have some one that want to exchange one... But another player has already requested it?

There must be a: "if you do so, YOU WONT EDIT YOUR PREVIOUS POST, And need to make a new one". so we can be sure that he REALLY asked for an already asked equipment, also to prevent him to edit the post, what can be understood as the word "change" is in there and ppl can misundestood it as "edit"... need to be clear: Change means make a new requests, Edit means editing your request, last one not tolerate now... so to be MORE CLEAR:

CHANGE ≠ EDIT

Happened to me 2 times

1st time i realized it was dibbed

2nd time i requested but piyin did not mail rechecked to find out it was requested/dibbed within 19 nov week that overall totaled to over 2 weeks of backlog sent in last week so .. yeah

rules are rules.

PS . I know it will be quite the work but if you can ask djack to make a script for requesters that can do this check for lets say 10 recent thread post or posts within current week to check if the item they are requesting has not already been dibbed by some one else. if possible

This is mistake on "my part" for not copy pasting properly to check if it was dibbed so when my request slot has been used i.e.i had recieved all items for the week 24 nov to 1 dec did i realize my stupidity .
