Okay, correct me if I'm wrong, but according to Rule #1.3: Your level must be comprised between 30 and 200 to make a request here. Users below level 30 should play the game a little, while users above level 200 should be able to play reasonably well on their own.
Well, at the time of the last request (#6140) I made, I was still at level 200. And I'm sure you can make a request at level 200, right?
If I can't, then there's a need to modify the Rules a little bit here.

Then I guess there is a need to do modify the Rules a bit. Rule #3 and #4 to be exact.
Players between 30 to 199 can make request, and players who's level is 200 and above will not be able to make anymore request.

And Rule #4: "After level 200 we will qualify you as a Veteran..."

I think the real question was - can you make a request when you are exactly at level 200? I guess this answer implies that requests are void when you are at level 200.

It is the sad truth. Rules will be bended and exploited for the sole purpose of someone's own convenience and profit. But so long as someone points it out, you can always make amends to them.
Rules are ever-changing and will always be.

you know, it's not needed to earn the dawn of the new day bonus to play this game. and if you don't write too much that bonus will however remain quite low (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

The majority is in favor of the request, so unless, both Scremaz and Revy retracts their words and veto my request, I don't see any problem to fulfill my request here.
