Yes why it be bad to have Randoms posting stuff other then what they want over and over again..
However here and there it's fine and be okay so don't have to jump on someone about it piyin only if they over do it.

Hell it's about how like Yesterday in the Gaming clan I'm in one of the company commanders used a Money resource so all the people who was grinding there tanks to get money can get a little more by a set percent.
One of the recruitment officers found out about it and for No reason wanted to raise hell over it!
There was a fight over it till I started to step in.

More are less told the recruitment officer to chill the fuck out the Company commander was just trying to help people out since lots of people was on working on there tanks.
At most you don't need to jump his shit for Helping!

They started to fight more.

Ended with I Insulted them Both.

Told them: You know for both of you being in your late 20's you sure don't act like it!
All I see is little Boys Bitching over who is right and who is wrong!
Both of you need to be bitch smacked and have a time out.
If my Female point of view is not welcome so be it but Both of you need to man the fuck up!
Now the best thing to do is have the recruitment officer say Thank you to the Company commander for trying to help out people and the Company commander needs to say sorry to the recruitment officer for what he thinks was a waste of resources from what we have won in battles.

They ended up doing just that!

I have been a Recruiter a Company Commander a Tactical Expert and a Deputy Commander in other gaming clans for a reason.
As a Recruiter you spend lots of time gaming looking for new people to join then when they think they might want to join it's kind of your job to do some Gaming clan ass kissing making it sound so Good!
Me I just tell the truth. Be like here is what the Gaming clan is about, here is what we do, here is what the people are like, here is the people to watch out for and so on.
More often people join if you don't Sugar coat shit!

As a Company Commander well what more to say other then you are the leader of some kind of Platoon of people.
If in battle you try and tell them where to go, where they need to be and stuff like that.

As a Deputy Commander just think of being a moderator, more are less that's mostly what it is.

However I see time and time again in games where men want to Brute force there way past something with No thinking.
That only ends in two ways!

#1 They get fucked up!
