You are banned because you break several rules at once.
The shop give away free stuffs for ppl and they only ask you one thing: to read and comply with the rule. I know that nobody want to be banned, but it would be unfair for other ppl who carefully read all the rule and restrict themselves to one Mag, Leg or several common Exq per week.

nobody apart mods can, you can only edit them. but for FS purposes it's enough.

that up to 10 is mostly referred to the sup/exq section: basically you may ask every week for 10 exq equips, but it's appreciated you only ask what you really need (ie 1 helmet and not 5)

so, i think power armor = body equipment...

in its more general acception, an armor is something that dresses your body: it means main body parts (cuirass?), but also legs, arms, head... in this whole game (so here too) the general term 'armor' means the generic group of these structures, but there's also the ambiguity with the main body part.

however consider how lists are divided: if you found that helmet under the 'power of warding' section, it means it's a power piece (even if not a body armor/cuirass) and thus subjected to restrictions, even if it hasn't the word 'armor' on it. write if you still have doubts.
