it seems this question was unanswered for quite few time, even though at least two people noted it. i really don't want to seem to avoid it (and it would be useless, since checks are being made by the administration) so i'll try to explain what's happening, at least for what i know.

the facts known to everyone are the following:

• cicco donated a magnificent ethereal rapier of slaughter to FS (as per image allegated)
• after a certain time he found it in komica's thread, IWed and auctioned by Scremaz.
• obviously he asked for the immediate restitution of the gear and PMed varst about this. who wouldn't have done the same?

i did a few checks with my and FS account, and that's what i found: here's my credit log, which shows i bought it from bazaar:



but it isn't enough. sadly there's a similar entry on FS account which says the same gear was sold the same day. these are facts that now are known to everyone who could access the FS account these past days. now it's been deleted by the system but there actually was.

now, facts that are known only to me:

• i open the FS account on regular bases to run the accepter script, and every now and then i leave it open to work while i'll continue to do other things, including playing with my main account.
• in my home there are 4 people and 2 PC, so these are shared PCs.
• that day was my birthday.

my best guess is that i was actually doing these things (playing + maintenance) while some friends came to greet me, i didn't close the account and someone sat on my pc.


everyone may say it has been my fault for not immediately checking the two accounts to see if happened something meanwhile and that it's only a laughable explanation. actually the only way i'd have to partly prove it would be to post here my facebook account, but it's not something well-viewed on this forum afaik, so it's a sort of a stalemate.

i'm aware of the fact that i put FS in a embarassing situation, and i deliberately tried to not be involved too much in FS matters in the last few days (read: auto-suspended). best thing i can think to do now is to leave my position and returning to be a simple player/shopkeeper/collector/whatever else. i don't know with how much credit left, but that is.

i posted this here (and with some dangerous infos) because i didn't want to stain komica's auction anymore and to be as much as transparent possible. everyone, feel free to debate about it. if needed, i'd also like to ask to varst to not moderate comments against me, but only the ones against FS

By the way, maybe you can rephrase part of Rule 6.2 ?
maximum 1 item from the following categories, due to their rarity:
- Heavy Type Power Armor/ Equipment (Helmet, Cuirass/Armor, Gauntlets, Greaves/Leggings, Sabatons/Boots)
- Cloth Type Phase Armor/ Equipment (Cap, Robe, Gloves, Pants, Shoes)
- Light Type Shade Armor/ Equipment (Helmet, Breastplate, Gauntlets, Leggings, Boots)
- Heavy Type Shielding Plate/Shield Armor/ Equipment (Helmet, Cuirass/Armor, Gauntlets, Greaves/Leggings, Sabatons/Boots)

I think most users got confused on the "Armor" part. The Phase/ Shade/ Power Armors include All Slot Name (Head, Body, Hands, Legs, Feet) instead of only referring to Body Armor. Changing/Adding the word "Armor" to "Equipment" might be a better choice ? Just a suggestion though.

Damn, I don't know what to say about this.
This come sudden so my mind now is pretty much a mesh trying to help a good friend. Anyway I will say what I want to say: first is happy birthday, don't feel too bad about it. Second, I trust Scremaz.
For the auction, the auction name should not be tainted for this.
Freeshop also should not be hold responsible for this, since Scremaz had explain everything and prepare to take all the blames.
In the end I hope that Scremaz, cicco, with varst as the mob, can work this out...

I have no idea about the value of these items. Is that mag ethereal rapier of slaughter worth a lot? Doesn't seem to be worth losing trust over this, so the more probable explanation is scremaz's (as odd as it sounds) . Otoh, it did happen, blah blah. I'm sure they'll find a way to work it out.
