I take advantage of a couple reminders to remember you that this is a free service: it is true that there is more than one person who can use this account, but everyone has a real life, so it may happen that none of them use this account for a few days.
You do well to remember us if you think it passed too much time since your last request but try to wait a day or two before doing it and it's assured that cooldown starts on the date in which the last item was requested, not since it was sent.
Finally, it's possible that an item wasn't removed from the list: please check that owner is still FreeSHop and maybe tell us, so we can verify too.
Rules added in first post as well, and also how to deal with simulteaneous request from newbies and veterans.

I think you all will understand that we aren't changing the rules as we like it, but since we couldn't predict all chances at the start, we are simply trying to dinamically adapt to them in the most logical way possible (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Would you mind selling me one, or a few, of your items? currently I'm interested in this [37652917] - Exquisite Charged Phase Robe of Fenrir Primary Attributes: INT WIS

Also, would "veterans" interested in buying items be subject to the day intervals? It wasn't specified in the OP.

Until we've had a chance to talk to all staff members we're putting a hold on selling items. Potentially we are probably going to be looking to an exchange type system so you could redeem your tickets earned for an item instead of us worrying about setting prices. The problem is all these items were donated to help new players. We've suddenly got a lot of interest from older players seeing things they want - the last thing any of us want to do is upset the people who did donate by selling their item to a level 300 player as opposed to donating it as they presumed we would... All staff need to get together at some point to discuss this and if appropriate decide exactly what to do. We're much more likely to go along the route of item exchanges than credit purchase though.

You can borrow that item until you no longer need to use it (you decide to use a different style of fighting or get a better weapon etc). Because it's "Magnificent" quality you are not allowed to sell it to another player or the bazaar or salvage it in the shrine - but you can keep it for as long as you need. In 1 months time you may request another magnificent quality item (provided you're still under level 150) and do this as many times as necessary. You may also request an Exquisite/Superior quality item in three days time (and again every three days). The same rules apply to these items, we request you return them if you're no longer using them so they can help another new player. This has been sent to you - I hope you enjoy it!

Nobody had run the mooglemail accepting script until now - rest assured your 2 tickets have been counted and added to the ticket post (see below the equipment lists). Bare in mind this may take a day or two to update at times (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

WISDOM + TRUST + DEMOCRACY (not sure if this can apply here, but hope is something like that) = FREESHOP.

Something needs to be done here, not in a hurry, but guess a voting or something alike will need to happen.

to make long story short, we noted that too many high-level players were interested in buying equips from here, and this could lead to an abuse of an originally-meant free service for newbies. buying system thus is currently under internal review and for now completely blocked, at least until every staff member will say his opinion.

as for the mace, actually there's also a 10DEX (at my level) and about 6BUR difference. it's up to you then to decide between to wait for our decision or to buy it directly at the shop.

Could you at least let me know if 40k is a good price for it?

I see some of these things (with nearly identical stats) with ranges from 20k-200k for superiors, but I can't seem to find many higher that aren't ethereal so I don't have a good scale of price.

Also, I have no idea if 10 Dex and 6 Bur is a huge deal.
