I'm just wondering if there's something I did wrong that's causing my request to be ignored or if it's an error in the script. As far as I can tell the item is still owned by FreeSHop, so hopefully if it's an error I can still get it but if it's something I did wrong, I'm deeply sorry.

people that we suspect register and level 30 times only to ask for a full any-stat-oriented or high-level stuff (like mag shielding). you know, when i see something like lv60, registered 4 hours ago and asking for a mag shade and heroic spirit (but not health!) i can't help by thinking this way (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

nothing wrong with you, it's because our scripts don't work very well with last patch and the most active staff members can't fix them due to lack of programming notions. we may start to ask to some active coder at this point

interesting use of the term, i did find out about this before lvl 30. whenever i stumble upon something new for me wether it's a game or manga, or tv show etc i tend to check the corresponding wiki for stuff. This is probably the same for many people and the beginners guide mentions the FS right out the bat, so @ level 15-20 i was already aware of this service, makes sense that newbs that just registered find out early about this place. then again multi accounts seem to be a thing too.
oh well.

for example the user above you is clearly a sniper or a troll: either way, he did two requests in two days so he will go straight in our banlist.
