Considering the actual amount of newbie of HV (number of people ask for help in the chat/ask the expert), I believe a single mid-level player can support everything. They do not really need 5000+ equipment in storage. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

yep, i don't know how many PMs piyin is recieving, but they aren't so much, especially if compared with the number of requests. it's more that i'm too lazy to wipe away my mailbox (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
however no ban for this guy, afterall he only complained a bit. same opinion here, it's a pain in the ass to deal with them. some veterans PMed me to say that we spend too much time hunting for them, but i really don't know how to balance things. obviously the ones who reach lv60 in a couple of hours and ask for a full set are fishy, but sure as hell i can't PM tenboro/varst everytime i have a doubt.
also, i think more people should remember that WE run this shop: we can still decide not to send anything. it wasn't his case (nor we ever did it before), but when we will smell fishy we'd start to vetoing...
I feel for you Scremaz, piyin and the rest of the staff of this FreeSHop who spends a lot of time providing this FREE SERVICE for newbies. I for one have benefited a lot from this wonderful service and am still thankful for the equips I have gotten for absolutely nothing other than a bit of patience.
All in all, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS even though there may be frustrations down the road for this service you provide but you will always have my gratitude! Thanks again!

saw this coming a mile away. used to be staff for a gmod server farm, was pretty much yelling @ newbies all the time like piyin and there was always that pissy little shit that took one tiny mistake and blew it out of proportion.

I GOT LIKE 70 PM IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS... some of them are REAL Questions/doubts (10%), others are REALLY STUPID AND ALREADY INTO THE RULES EXPLAINED Questions (80% (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) ... dunno if we can make a FS requesters script so they dont need to read the rules and then just put there what they want and the request will be auto made and following the rules... Bakas! Oh Yesterday when I was playing WoT Are Gaming clan leader on there was Spamming me with invites for like a hour! I just not take them I was in a full platoon with friends. He just keep sending invites after every game I have a invite from him. I gone into the Gaming clans chat Tab and was: Damn it you motherfucker! you been sending me invites for the last Goddamn Hour what the fuck you what from me? If you send me one more fucking invite I'm going to 1V1 you in training and kill you 100 times over! He did not say a thing for about 20 mins and when he did, he said this: "In my head I have a feeling you look about like this right now!" Than posted a link to this Gif.
