i wrote/revised those rules together with other people, i know very well what they say.
i may be a bit cinic, i apologise in advance but i'll only encourage you to think at some things (horrible pun of words but however...): we are trying to sending all those equips with scripts, but checking for the first coming is always done BY HAND. a misunderstood by the operator, and we will come with a case like yours. frankly speaking, i don't know how wolfgirl could handle all this, but i consider 168 and counting pages of requests (you can half them to consider our jokes and answers if you really want, they are still 80 pages) with only one error a success for ours.
unluckily for you, that error was your case: i'm sorry for this, but we can't say to the other user 'send it back, now!' and at the moment we can't offer you anything comparable because we don't have any mace of balance in stock - i checked also in the newcoming, yet-to-add entries and in my own inventory, but nothing, thus a coupon for your next order.

what we do here is lots of work - what you will see is only the point of the iceberg - and it isn't so funny: thus we need to make ourselves a bit happy, and all those jokes; btw, i never saw anyone complaining or about this or scolding us, glod stars, veterans and so on included (and trust me, there are plenty of them watching on this topic), so i can't help but to think we're still within certain limits.

what i meant with that previous 'lv186 blah blah blah' is that in recent times we are seeing a bunch of fake accounts raising their level to 30 in a couple of hours only to take advantage of this free chance. this isn't the purpose of this service, and it wasn't the reason various donators send us items, so we can't help but to look a bit bad someone who registered today and is already requesting a full set of something.

1.- Dunno if you have read the previous staff post (most of them are jokes and alike, but inside those there are pretty much some info that we share with ppl) about the fact that we arent working at 100% as our scripts are mostly outdated against the new version of HV (thanks some mighty god for that one) and our supporters making the Scripts just have pretty tight agendas (Real life >>>>>>>>> HV... ok?) and most of our staff members... well to put it clear only 4 are actually working right now: Screamz, Me (Piyin), Wolfgirl (appears almost every week but helps ton... and she is already a goddess and the owner of once of the very first FS that existed on the forums... so respect her!) and AnimeAi (The big boss around here... mostly works in the shados but he is there)... and the other 4... well they just have big bussines outside here, so i wont complain them for now being here, so as you see... we are short on hands... and the ones still giving support to the shop, also have issues in Real Life: Every free time we gave to FS is to help the most... and that isnt payed for as you can see we are all volunteers here... so we dont live of FS... so i bet that explain why we have been TOO LAZY FOR YOU THE LAST 2 WEEKS... same opinion here, it's a pain in the ass to deal with them. some veterans PMed me to say that we spend too much time hunting for them, but i really don't know how to balance things. obviously the ones who reach lv60 in a couple of hours and ask for a full set are fishy, but sure as hell i can't PM tenboro/varst everytime i have a doubt.
