This means that you have an open window of 170 levels to be qualified as a newbie and take use of this free service. Don't be afraid to ask if you're a little above level 200, we may still be able to help you

imo rules are slightly deprecated, they should be unified in a better way, especially since we still don't have all agreed on some of them...

@caiax: i don't know, personally i also think they could be autosufficient, but as for now rules are these, so...

I guess it doesn't matter right now since there is a massive stock of items anyway. Perhaps it would only be an issue with a small amount of items, but I don't think there'll ever be a shortage of stuff to give away. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
