Can anyone tells me how to return the item?

Looks like you figured it out yourself, but for those who are wondering:

1. Make sure the item is unlocked in your inventory
2. Make sure the item is not part of any equipped set of weapons/armor
3. Go to mooglemail and click "write new"
4. Enter "FreeSHop" in the 'to' box
5. Click "Attach Equipment"
6. Click on the piece of equipment you wish to donate/return and click "attach selected"
7. Click "send" and agree with any popup boxes etc

Question about rule 12. If a request from the previous week was not filled because it was sent to another person, but you only end up discovering that this week due to the late sendouts, does that mean you could request again immediately even if you had made a request for this week?

NO, even if the request wasnt fulfilled, only 1 request per week, also if the item was already taken and YOU didnt check the previous posts, then your mistake... isnt?

•12. If your request could not be filled becuase the item was already sent there is no cooldown and you may request again immediately*

*Only if the request is made the same week.
