Since it had been so long since equipment was last sent out everything was in a bit of a mess.

All equipment that had not already been requested or sent out has now been sent. Potion packs are pending but will be sent out soon (hopefully). If you did not recieve a request (that isn't a potion pack) it means it was already requested by another player before you. All cooldowns reset in 3 hours.

How to check your equipment is still available:

1. Click the link and check the owner is still "FreeSHop" not mooglemail or another user
2. Copy the ID tag [123456] of the equipment and paste it into the "Search Topic" box at the bottom of every page in the shop. If there is a post containing it within the past week or two chances are it's already been requested.

Equipment is sent to the player who requests it FIRST unless this request is invalid (IE breaks our rules)

I bet you didnt read the rules because:

•3. You must be between level 30 and level 200 to make a request. Users below level 30 should play the game a little. Users above level 200 should be able to play reasonably well on their own.

And you are level 21... too bad, isnt?

Anyway i cant ban you until you get level 30, so you dont get your stuff but neither get banned... lucky you.
