no, those alternatives are the maximum number you can ask for each kind, even if you respect those limits you can still have a maximum of 3 *TOTAL* items. i was writing 'obviously' but actually it isn't written, so a little correction is needed, thanks for pointing out. btw, may i ask you when you did gain your gold star?

got the gold star a couple months ago. got lucky with the bitcoin rates. was aiming for bronze/silver but got shot up to gold

easiest way to correct the item limit would be something like this:
Legendary: limit of 1 per player. 7 day cooldown to request Magnificent or below items
Magnificent: limit of 1 per 7 days. 2 day cooldown to request Superior or Exquisite items
Exquisite or Superior: limit of 3 per 2 days.

And another question on rules. If someone asks for 1 superior/exquisite item and then about 24 hours later wants to ask for more items...
1. would they be allowed to ask for up to 2 more superior/exquisite items as long as the 3 items respect the item type limits?
2. and if its allowed, how would the cooldown for the shop work for that case.

that seems quite clear to me: one request every two days, that means you have to pass two days before asking something other. surely it isn't meant to instigate to ask for 3 items everytime but if in the previous one you asked for less than three, it's still a full request for us and will be given a 2/7/whatever days cooldown.

as for me yes, you still requested one mag together with two exquisites (phases of heimdall besides!). that cooldown was a choice of mine, but noone objected it, so it's still up.
if you think this is unfair go ask some other staff members if they agree with me, i'm not making fun of you, it's only that i found your request a bit too big.
