Your request is legit, item is still ours, but the script can't catch it. Please re-copy from the first post and re-paste it, let's see if it'll be enough: since it's our bad, in case you do it tomorrow (or whenever cooldowns are resetted) for this time you can ask for this and also another shade, if you need it.

In all the other cases (since there were a few much to quote), as always if item was already sent/requested something may be missing from your wishilist, but at least you should still have something.


And now, the funny thing; we watched over him for quite a while, and decided kevmasterzoc is good enough to be part of our staff: other than suggesting us which requests are valid and which not, he may also accepting/sending items, propose ban&cooldowns as he thinks is right, compiling paperworks, cooking dinner...
