I think what he meant is: he asks "his friend" to grab free swag from the freeshop, in order for him to farm creds so he can give the creds to "his friend" that wanna download Hentai stuff by using creds.

[good cop mode: on]i know what you donated, we thanked you for those. the fact is that these users recieved free items for themselves, and a few days later they are in your hands: from our point of view this actually seems a bit suspicious, like you asked them to have items because you were in cooldown and this alone is a violation of our rules. plus, you talked about credits and that's also a second violation: consider that we stopped the chance to exchange/buy items from here because we didn't want high level players to buy them, opposed to the intention of who donated to help low levels...[good cop mode: off]

yeah, i know you did it... so thats mean we member of the staff can ask for stuff (most of us also donate large amounts of stuff)?... thats a very conceited way of thinking... but if thats your way to justify your action.. Exploit/abusing FS aside, multi-acounting is serious offense. That alone deserve the capital punishment.
