Just wanted to mention that you might want to reword the magnificent quality rules a bit cause first time reading it i wasn't sure if you could get a magnificent and 2 superior/exquisite items or if the magnificent item counted as getting 3 superior/exquisite item. Maybe something like - "Magnificent items are restricted to one per week and counts as 3 items if selected, but you may request for exquisite or superior class items 2 days later (as above)."

OK due to the potential for abuse the cooldown periods and request limits have been totally revamped!

• Request Limits: Requests can be made at most every 2 days. If requesting a magnificent or legendary you cannot also request exquisites or superiors in the same post (you must wait 2 days before requesting exquisites)
  • Legendary: limit of 1 per player. 7 day cooldown to request Magnificent or below items - must be requested on its own (not at the same time as exquisites or a magnificent)
  • Magnificent: 1 per 7 days - must be requested on its own (not at the same time as exquisites)
  • Exquisite or Superior:[list]
  • 1h - 2 per 2 days
  • 2h - 1 per 2 days
  • Staff - 1 per 2 days
  • Shield - 1 per 2 days
  • Cotton - 3 per 2 days
  • Gossamer - 3 per 2 days
  • Phase - 1 per 2 days
  • Leather - 3 per 2 days
  • Shade - 1 per 2 days
  • Kevlar - 3 per 2 days
  • Plate - 3 per 2 days (excludes shielding)
  • Power - 1 per 2 days
  • Shielding/Shield Plate - 1 per 2 days

Note: you may return a magnificent or legendary item to remove the cooldown period

Interpreting this may be a little more difficult for our non-english speaking members so for this I apologize, but there was far too much abuse potential in the simple system.

Examples:

Good Requests

• Request for 3 exquisite leather items
• Request for 2 one hand items and a shield (all exquisite)
• Request for a two hand, a phase and a kevlar item (all exquisite)
• Request for any single magnificent item

Bad Requests

• Request for a magnificent item along with any exquisite items
• Request for more than three exquisite items
• Request for two phase items
• Request for three power items
• Request for four or more items

Does this make sense?

Next we have some equipments that are not in their original requester's possession.

IMO those who abuse the services of this shop should be placed under a blanket WTS blacklist (as in the existing stickied thread) as further deterrence against any players considering pulling a stunt like this in the future. They may think that being banned from this free shop alone is fine, but being unable to do business with anyone else might cause them to think twice before doing something they'll regret.
