i have a question for the rules

does this means the "cooldown" counted by request time ? or by the time i revieced them ?

i posted a request 2 days ago (7th May) but i still don't recieve them yet. could i make another request now? if yes, will the second request replace the first one, or both request are valid?

I don't think it's an error. it looks more like someone sold the item to bazaar not too long after getting the item. also cooldown starts from when you posts the request so you should be allowed to request more items now and you should get items from both requests you make as long as the items are still available.

Yea, I did. But I made a mistake.

5.1 You may make ONE request post every TWO days. After making your request you must wait for the 2 day "cooldown" (or waiting period) before requesting more Superiors/Exquisites.
5.2 Your one request post can be for:
Up to three Superior or Exquisite items or potion packs (see also the additional limits in 5.6 and 5.7 below)
A single Magnificent item (see also 5.3 below)
A single Legenday item (see also 5.4 below)

I asked for 2 Exquisites and one Health Potion pack. But I did not see this part:
Power - Maximum of ONE per request post.

Half done stuff isnt the same as completed stuff... so next time you say "I did" and then put "not fully"... the better if you say you didnt... other way im gonna feel very stupid for believe you did.
