WOW!!! The Killer combo!!! guess we need to change rules a little more (suggestion) like "ok you can get 3 but they mus be exquisites all or only 1 magnificent", anyway remember this:

•Users requesting multiple items will have nothing sent, and maybe still a cooldown applied!

Also, i prefer if the rules stays like the previous one (1 item per 3 day, 1 mag per 1 month) to stop people hoarding all the good stuff right at once.

UNLESS if the donations are getting in faster than the people requesting all the items, which i dont even know how fast you guys will get all the awesome stuff from donations/grinding HV/Buying other people stuff/etc.

don't have an answer about your cooldown. you requested items with those rules, so it should remain 19, otherwise we should change all the cooldown...
actually, donations are really many, but i don't know if it's right to give away items this way. heck, get three items every won't even give you the time to check if you're going in the right direction...

it seems the big updates are the following:

[*]To ask for a free item you must be [...] below level 200. This means that you have an open window of 170 levels to be qualified as a newbie and take use of this free service.
[*]You may only ask for three free items every 2 days: [...] this still mean that you can make requests every 48 hours
[*]"Magnificent" Items are restricted to one per week, but the same user may request exquisite or superior class items 2 days later (as above).

higher end-level, different time/gift ratio, and also magnificent cooldown...
and that's also retroactive! i think that many people have just won a free ride on the carousel... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

We got to the point already where our equipment list for both heavy and light armor is too big for a single post on the forum! Short of coding in a url shortening service (a royal pain in the ass, trust me) we need to give away more items! Hence my update to the level limit and the number of items that can be requested.

Please be sensible though. If we notice people doing things like taking multiple "phase of the heimdall" hats we'll know you're hording them to sell. This could potentially get you banned from every shop in WTS. We are a charity that runs on donations from more experienced players and time given up willingly.

Phase, Ethereal and Power of slaugther must have a little more special treatment (as ppl just came triying to sniping those... mostly) but as always is something we need to discuss. not big deal but in the best regard of share the power in a balanced way.

in the first post I read: Donate bindings or mid/high grade materials: Bindings/Materials, if enough are donated will be used as lottery prizes or sold to buy more stock

Does this mean they are sold to the Bazaar or also to users?

I am availble to buy materials and bindings, even at higher than market prices to support the shop. But I do not see a listing of them.

imo it could be better to bazaar gears with only 1 PAB or so: for example, staff member Drakewyn goes with a 2H mace of illithid and i myself with a 2H of balance, and one could decide to mix a leather of deflection in a shade set to provide a bit of piercing mitigation, so they're not those unuseless
