My HV-level is plainly presented in all of my posts so even though I never bothered to check, this kind of reaction was sure to be expected.

i take advantage of this situation to remember you that inventory is so big we have to send items via software (scripts, to be precise) and not by hand: it would be ungrateful to throw shit in the faces of the coders, who also worked behind the scenes for this project (don't really remember who exactly did which script, but they are ctxl and Lement), it simply is that every program has a bug; in that case it may bring not to recognize some codes, thus not evading your requests, and that's the reason because every now and then you won't recieve something (or anything) and we explicitly invite you to retry.
