Now the color Black will still be black why white will still be white.
Hell even just for that if someone was to say Read the BOLD PRINT: than added color, even if the Color blind person did not see the same color he/she would still know to read the bold print.

Now on the other thing why just 3?
What about Spanish, German or Russian?

just saying, there's plenty of poems which are way shorter than our rules, [www.aforismario.it] here you can have a few Italian examples.

i keep advantage of this discussion to remember everyone that
our rules are so long because we have to deal with many possible conditions, and we have to be as much clear as possible with this situation
we surely are enjoying our time putting up so many restrictions, but they are useful to help us do our work.
moreover, they change only when needed: read them once and for all, then you have to read only the date of last changes to be sure that they are always the same! is it really so difficult? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

Maybe if specific parts of the rules were bolded and in a different color, like for example You may make ONE request post every TWO days or highlighting the capitalized words in section 5.6 maybe people would finally read the rules?

it may be viable, but we also should consider both of the skins, which colours are good and which not... rainbows are always more eye-catching than actually useful; plus, it may sound as a paradox but over a certain amount of bold letters the straight ones are more eye-catching, so we may end up with the opposite effect.
