Piyin a person who is Color blind can still see a colors they are just not the same as the colors you and me will see.
Now the color Black will still be black why white will still be white.
Hell even just for that if someone was to say Read the BOLD PRINT: than added color, even if the Color blind person did not see the same color he/she would still know to read the bold print.

Now on the other thing why just 3?
What about Spanish, German or Russian?
