One dayi met a guy that had as homework translate and read a poem of andres bello (dunno who he was, but remeber the name coz later it becames some kind of nick of the event that happened), it was (if dont mistake it) shorter (WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY shorter) than our rules... he had 3 days to do it and speak in front of class about it... guess what? in 3 FUUUUUUUU...DGING DAYS HE JUST READ THE TITLE OF IT!!!

NOW, im not sugesting that ppl here doesnt read carefully... but bet more time can make them understand things on a different whole level than only 2 days.

(yet, wont deny is a freaking long time... so how about 2 days an a post agreement with the fact that he/she has already read the rules and that if he broke them again he will be warned but the second time he got his ass banned for 7 days... how about that?)

... oh... maybe thats the reason why ppl dont read the rules... BAKA US!!! How could us be so impolite, rough, cruel and non understand the suffering of the ppl coming here? Who can be so rude to put small fonts on the rules? i mean, ppl suffer every single day looking at our rules ith the small like hell font that is laso used on the same post they do daily? how? Piyin a person who is Color blind can still see a colors they are just not the same as the colors you and me will see.
Now the color Black will still be black why white will still be white.
Hell even just for that if someone was to say Read the BOLD PRINT: than added color, even if the Color blind person did not see the same color he/she would still know to read the bold print.

Now on the other thing why just 3?
What about Spanish, German or Russian?
