Please help clarify if I misunderstood this "100 levels above your own level" portion.

Make sure you fulfill the level requirement for the equipment you request. Basically, you can request equipment only up to 100 levels above your own level. However, be aware that soulfusing equipment above your level is usually not advised.

No, your request got ignored for failing to abide by this rule:

7 equipments in the list "Equipments 0 - 300". Only one per equipment slot: one main-hand, one off-hand, one helmet... Slaughter 1H cannot be considered as off-hand in your request.

You have requested two main hand (the axe and the katana), on top of a shield (off hand). That is not allowed.

You're not allowed to ask for more than one equipment in the <Lvl351 section at once (you've asked for 3). We have designed the dispensing specifically so that no one can request an entire neat setup all at once, and leave everyone else eat the grass.
